About
Career guidance, counselling and placement cell in Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Govt. Degree College, Dharampur is a dedicated cell designed to help students with their career development. The goal of CGCPC is to guide students in making informed decisions about their career paths and providing support for the transition from education to the workforce. Here's some activities which are organised by career counselling cell
Career guidance: the career guidance cell is helping students to explore different career options based on their academic interest, skills and aspirations.
Workshops and seminars: the cell is organising International and national level workshops, seminars and guest lectures by Industry experts and professionals to provide students with insights into various fields, job market trends and the skills required for different careers.
Resume and interview preparation : the career counselling cell guiding students in preparing professional resumes, cover letters and offers mock interview to help them perform well during real job interviews. They may also teach soft skills like communication and interpersonal skills.
Job placements: career counselling cell is also helping students for job placement. Career counselling cell is playing important role in connecting students with employers by Organising job fairs.
Personality development: career counselling cell is often including programs for developing a students personality, which helps in improving self confidence, leadership skills and the ability to work in teams.
Overall, a career counselling cell is an essential sport system in college which is regularly helping students to make well informed decisions and take the right steps towards their personal goals.
